Long time customer March 10, 2014

I have been a fan of calle underground products, and their message for a long time. I enjoy wearing their shirst as they are slim and extreamly comfortable. The only wish I have is that I would love to get a pair of Favelas in Size 13 or 14, but it appears they dont sell that large. Overall, I hope to see Calle grow and expand in the future.

Great concept, terrible outcome April 17, 2013

I emailed these guys more than a week ago to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the boots but they never answered.  I guess they don't understand the importance customer service.  I think the shoes are a great concept.  They are just like boots, but a slip on for the street.  I was pretty excited about them and couldn't wait to try them out.  They are super tight at the toes and super loose at the heel.  I noticed that after they broke in a bit my toes were no longer squished but perfectly snug as you would want in a boot.  But the back part of the shoe, the heel area, is just way off.  Whoever made the shoes got really close in their design but just missed the mark in this crucial spot.  You can't play ball with your heel slipping around.  The color is a bad idea too, street ball is dirty, after dribbling around for a few minutes the shoes were black.  I wouldn't recommend buying these shoes as boots, they're cool to wear to Starbucks, but not for football.

These may be good for casual wear, but NOT for soccer. They quite suck to break in. Wish I could send them back.
